These Terms govern your access to and use of TPAUSA.org (the “Site”), operated by Trinbago Progressive Association of the USA, Inc. (“TPA,” “TPA USA,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 1989 in New York City.

• Charges are one-time at checkout.

• We do not automatically renew memberships and do not charge recurring fees without your action.

• Members may renew manually by purchasing another membership term.

Donations are voluntary gifts that support our mission. TPA USA may accept donations but does not necessarily solicit them. Unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing by TPA USA, donations are generally non-refundable.
